About My Challenge
I’m returning to the Push-Up Challenge this year with a much deeper connection to the cause. Last year, I was just starting to navigate the personal impact of sexual assault and the mental health hurdles that followed. After a year of therapy and reflection, I’ve seen firsthand how vital professional support and community awareness really are.
I’m more driven than ever to raise money for 'The Push for Better.' I’m not just pushing for the physical challenge this time; I’m pushing to support the services that help people rebuild their lives, just as I have been doing.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
Supporting Lifeline Northern Melbourne VIC
Lifeline Northern Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
