Here we go again!
Last year was fun and we learnt a bit about mental health. This year we can strive for more, push beyond and really make a positive impact on our shared mental health challenge. Who's with me?
From June 3-26 we have the almighty 3307 push ups to complete. This number represents the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024.
Together we can raise some much-needed funds to make a huge difference in this space.
