About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
This is my 7th year participating in the push up challenge. As always, I devote this challenge to my little brother Joseph who we lost to suicide in 2020 at the age of 17. My hope is that no friend or family has to endure the tragic loss of a loved one to suicide. It is okay to not be okay and please remember there is always someone who cares.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page or joining my team.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
Dedicated to: My dearest Joseph
Supporting Lifeline Narrm VIC
Lifeline Narrm is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Narrm and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on our local community.
Funds raised through this challenge enable Lifeline Narrm to continue providing critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker calls, and ensure any person in Melbourne and across Australia who needs support know where and how to find it.
