About Our Challenge
Ladies and Gentlemen your favourite Supervisor Fresta here, This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge again and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health. I kick these off every year for 2 main reasons and that’s for our overall fitness and most importantly mental health. Whether you have or have not yet experienced any mental health challenges most of you would know someone who has. These challenges are a great way to help raise awareness for mental health issues, connect with friends/colleagues and also bring along some friendly banter & competition.
Keep in mind you don’t have to do push ups, you can do any form of exercise and the app will have some suggestions for you.
Reach out to some friends and family who you think may also be interested, share the link and have them join this group also.

Supporting Lifeline Bondi NSW
Lifeline Eastern Suburbs - Bondi is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Bondi to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
