About My Challenge
The Push-Up Challenge is about more than just fitness — it’s about raising awareness for mental health, starting important conversations, and showing support for those who are struggling. Over 24 days, I'll be completing 3,144 push-ups to represent the lives lost to suicide in a single year.
This cause means a lot to me. Just a year ago, I couldn’t do 10 push-ups in a row. I knew I needed a change — physically and mentally. Now, I’m challenging myself not just to complete the full count, but to stand up for mental health and be part of something bigger. Every push-up is a reminder that small efforts, over time, can lead to real change.
Supporting The Push For Better Foundation
The Push For Better Foundation raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education and health and wellbeing. We #pushforbetter.
