About Our Challenge

This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia.

Supporting headspace Grafton

At headspace Grafton, we are dedicated to supporting young people aged 12-25 with their mental health, work, and study needs. The donations raised through The Push-Up Challenge are directly supporting the social and therapeutic groups we offer, including our cooking club, art sessions, and music group. These programs provide vital support, but they come with costs. We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of the community, as it allows us to continue providing these valuable opportunities for our young people. Your support truly makes a difference!
