About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge together as a school community. From 3–26 June, we'll be smashing out push-ups to raise funds and awareness for mental health in Australia.
Why are we doing this?
Because mental health matters. It matters for our mates, our families, our teachers, and ourselves. Sometimes the people around us are going through more than we know, and this is one way we can show up for them.
If you want to support us:
1. Sign up and start pushing! Every push-up counts, whether you do 10 a day or 100. There's no wrong way to take part.
2. Donate: even a few dollars make a real difference. Every donation is tax-deductible and goes towards funding mental health services and initiatives across Australia.
3. Spread the word!!! Share our page, talk about it, and encourage others to get involved.
This isn't about being the strongest or the fittest. It's about showing up, supporting each other, and pushing for something bigger than ourselves.
