Brendan Mccalman

To those who know me would know that I absolutely hate push ups 😅 would rather be doing bench press. To those who know me extra well, will know that mental health is something that I have battled for a very long time and still affects me in my day to day. Signing up for this challenge was a last minute decision, due to recent health issues in feel  that if there is anything i can do to help with my own issues I should do it and if this helps someone going through the same thing or helps to prevent my boys from ever doing it alone then even more reason to dedicate my time to this great cause. Would appreciate any and all sponsors/ donations in this crappy economic time.

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Supporting headspace Melton

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
