Supporting Lifeline Ballarat VIC

Once again Lifeline Ballarat is getting behind The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness for mental health and the impact of suicide in our community.

Every dollar raised will directly support our local services—training and supporting Crisis Supporters to answer calls on the Lifeline crisis line, running community workshops, and providing education that equips people with the skills and knowledge to support each other through life’s challenges.

In 2026, we’re focused on expanding our reach across Ballarat and the region—training more people to answer crisis calls and ensuring our workshops reach even more members of the community.

Together, we are building a community where everyone feels heard, supported, and knows there’s always someone ready to listen—just a phone call away.

Supporting each other, one conversation at a time.
