Australia to Alaska & everywhere in between, you matter!

This year’s challenge looks a little different — swapping the sunny shores of Australia for the extremes of Alaska.

I’m taking on 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and support for mental health — a cause that hits especially close here, where mental health challenges and suicide rates remain among the highest in the United States. Alaska’s suicide rate is nearly double the national average, and every year thousands of Alaskans experience serious mental health struggles or thoughts of suicide.

Living and working in Alaska has shown me how isolation, long winters, and extreme conditions can impact people in ways that aren’t always visible. Too many individuals, families, and communities are affected, often without enough support or open conversation.

This challenge is about more than push-ups — it’s about starting conversations, increasing awareness, and supporting initiatives that help people before they reach crisis point.

Every donation, conversation, and show of support helps fund vital mental health services and reminds people they are not alone.

Thanks for supporting me and helping push for better mental health outcomes — in Alaska, Australia, and beyond.
