BIGRIG Push For Better Pushup Challenge!
This June, the BIGRIG team and wider community are stepping up for The Push-Up Challenge. From June 3–26, we’re ripping into a serious amount of push-ups to raise awareness and funds for mental health across Australia.
Mental health is real. Too many blokes stay silent, carry it alone, and never ask for help. This challenge is about bringing men together, building discipline, having a laugh, and pushing for something bigger than ourselves.
You can back the mission by donating to our fundraising page (tax deductible) or jump into the team and suffer through the push-ups with us.
Every dollar raised helps support better mental health outcomes for Australians.
