About My Challenge
I’ve danced with the black dog. We’ve shared long winters, short nights, and heavy mornings. I’ve known the fight inside your own head — where the gloves never come off and the bell never rings.
Now I’m doing push-ups. Not just for me, but for the ones who are still in it. The quiet ones. The loud ones. The ones who’ve held on too long and the ones still learning how.
It started as a friendly scrap between brothers — me, a few family members, and far too much pride. They say it’s a challenge. I say it’s war. A sweaty, grunting, completely ridiculous war. And yes, I’m being a bit of a silly goose about it. That’s the point. Life’s too short not to laugh while your arms shake.
This is for the people I love. For the ones we’ve lost. For those still climbing out. And for everyone who needs a reason to keep pushing.
So I push. With questionable technique and unwavering determination. For mental health, for family, and for the glory of being the most jacked goose on the block.
