About My Challenge
I’m doing 3,307 push ups in 24 days, but this isn’t just a fitness thing.
I’ve had my own battles with mental health. Dark thoughts, rough relationships, times where everything felt like it was falling apart and I didn’t have control of it. I know what it’s like to sit in your own head and not see a way out.
At the same time, I’ve spent years working with people going through the exact same thing. Different stories, same struggle. It doesn’t matter who you are, it can hit anyone.
What I’ve learned is this. Most people aren’t weak. They’re just carrying more than anyone can see.
This challenge is me showing up. Not just for me, but for the people I work with and anyone else doing it tough behind the scenes.
If you can donate, do it. If you can’t, check in on someone. Actually ask how they’re going and mean it.
Because a lot of people are barely holding it together, and you wouldn’t even know.
