About My Challenge
I’m taking on the 2026 The Push-Up Challenge to challenge myself physically while helping raise awareness and support for mental health. As a husband, dad, tradie, and mate, I know how important it is to check in on the people around us and speak up when things get tough.
Over 24 days, my goal is to complete 2,000 push-ups — but I’ll be pushing myself to go past 3,000. This challenge means a lot to me personally, with family, friends, and people close to me all impacted by mental health struggles.
I’m doing this to raise awareness, support those doing it tough, and help start more real conversations around mental health. Every donation, share, and bit of encouragement genuinely means a lot.
Supporting Lifeline Queensland
Lifeline Queensland is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s The Push‑Up Challenge, a chance to come together, get involved and make a real difference.
Every day, people across Queensland reach out to Lifeline in their hardest moments. By taking part in the Challenge, you are helping raise awareness of mental health and suicide, and supporting an organisation that is there for people 24/7, when it matters most.
Whether you are doing push‑ups, cheering others on or sharing the message, every action helps support the work of Lifeline Queensland and reminds people that help is always available and no one has to face things alone.
