I’M DOING PUSH UPS FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Wow what an inspiring and bold challenge!
From 4–26 June 2025, I'm taking on The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. Yep it sounds absolutely tough but I'm willing to give it my best.
The goal? 3,214 push-ups (or 1,607 for the half-target)—one for every life lost to suicide in Australia in 2023.
This issue is close to my heart, and I want to be part of the change.
If you’re able, please donate to help me reach my fundraising goal and support this important cause. Your donation can save a life 🥰

Supporting Lifeline Queensland

Lifeline Queensland is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge, helping to raise awareness of mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Funds raised will help Lifeline Queensland continue providing vital 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure that every Australian knows where and how to find support when they need it most.
