For the 3rd year in a row, AMS Installation & Maintenance Solutions is banding together for this important challenge! This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA
Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.
At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress – impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services – including phone, text, and chat – ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2026, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
