AMP Push-Ups for Lifeline and mental health
Our team at AMP is taking part in the Push-Up Challenge to support Lifeline and raise awareness for mental health. Running from June 3 to June 26 over 24 days, some team members will be taking on the full challenge of 3,307 push-ups, while others will be completing the half challenge of approximately 1,654 push-ups. Together, we’re aiming to challenge ourselves physically, support an important cause, and help encourage conversations around mental wellbeing.
Supporting Lifeline
Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.
Lifeline exists to ensure that no person in Australia has to face their toughest moments alone.

That’s why we are available 24 hours a day to listen without judgement to anyone in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or experiencing a crisis. Each year, Lifeline receives over 1.3 million contacts to our crisis support services.
