About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
My selected beneficiary is Headspace Brookvale, who took such great care of me for 8 months last year before I transitioned to counselling at Lifeline.
I am completing this challenge with my parents and brother and I am excited to challenge myself mentally and physically.

headspace Brookvale is located on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, NSW. Were participating in The Push-Up Challenge to raise much needed funds that we will put towards projects that engage local young people in promoting awareness and reducing the stigma around mental health.
