Smiles for Miles
This year I’m taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
I’m dedicating this challenge to my little brother, Miles, who tragically lost his life to mental health on the 21st February 2017.
Miles was one of the best. He was cheeky, funny, brave and full of life. He loved surfing, footy, his family and friends, and was always the life of the party. Handsome and effortlessly charming, people were naturally drawn to him. But more than anything, he was kind, caring and the type of person who always had your back. Miles is forever loved and so deeply missed every single day.
