This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health and headspace.

Supporting headspace Syndal
At headspace Syndal, we support young people aged 12 - 25 in our community. Young people can access mental health support, work and study services and a youth friendly GP at our centre. Donations made to headspace Syndal will help us reach and support even more young people who are struggling with cost-of-living pressures.
