About Our Challenge
This June, we’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge—me, my brother, and my brother-in-law—and completing a heap of push-ups between 3–26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
This cause is deeply personal to us.
We’re doing this to help bring awareness to dads fighting for their families, men battling silently, and the importance of suicide prevention for men. Too many men suffer in silence, carrying the weight alone, and too many families feel the impact.
Mental health struggles don’t always look obvious. Sometimes the strongest people are fighting the hardest battles behind closed doors.
We want to help change that conversation.
