Youth Command - SWM Liverpool Sector
This June, Youth Engagement Officers from Youth Command SWM Liverpool Sector are stepping up for a great cause by taking part in The Push-Up Challenge.
From 3–26 June, our team will be completing thousands of push-ups to raise vital funds and awareness for mental health across Australia.
This initiative is more than just a physical challenge, it’s an opportunity to start important conversations, break down stigma, and support those in our community who may be doing it tough. Mental health affects everyone, and through this challenge, we’re proud to stand together and push for better outcomes for individuals, families, and young people across our communities.

Supporting Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney
Lifeline Macarthur and Wester Sydney is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
