Year 9 — Push with Spirit
Year 9, let’s bring the spark. We’re pushing forward with spirit, enthusiasm, and the drive to step up together. Every rep we complete raises awareness for mental health and wellbeing, strengthening the Sydney High community with every push.
We stand for effort, unity, and rising to every challenge. Every push‑up counts — and together, we’ll show what it means to push with spirit.
Supporting The Push For Better Foundation
The Push For Better Foundation raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education and health and wellbeing. We #pushforbetter.
