Year 8 — Push with Courage
Year 8, let’s rise to the challenge. We’re pushing forward with courage, enthusiasm, and the willingness to grow stronger together. Every rep we complete raises awareness for mental health and wellbeing, helping build a more supportive Sydney High community with every push.
We stand for effort, positivity, and stepping up when it counts. Every push‑up matters — and together, we’ll show what it means to push with courage.
Supporting The Push For Better Foundation
The Push For Better Foundation raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education and health and wellbeing. We #pushforbetter.
