Year 11 — Push with Momentum
Year 11, let’s bring the energy. We’re stepping up with focus, consistency, and the determination to make an impact. Every rep we complete raises awareness for mental health and wellbeing, building a stronger Sydney High with every push.
We stand for resilience, teamwork, and ambition. Every push‑up counts — and together, we’ll prove what it looks like to push with momentum.
Supporting The Push For Better Foundation
The Push For Better Foundation raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education and health and wellbeing. We #pushforbetter.
