In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023 and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.

Hey Adam, Absolutely loving your dedication to the push-up challenge for mental health watching someone willingly trade their dignity for reps has never been more inspiring! Each push-up is not only building muscle (somewhere… hopefully), but also raising awareness for a seriously important cause. And while you’re out there sweating it out, some of us are just having a beer, throwing a few coins into the pot, and cheering you on like it's the Olympic final. Just remember when your arms give out halfway through a rep, that’s not failure… that’s commitment. And if you start doing the worm instead of push-ups, no judgement here as long as it’s for a good cause. Keep going. We're all counting mainly to make sure you don’t skip any.
