This June, Vita Health Club is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Mental Health is a topic close to the hearts of our Personal Trainers, a topic that can save lives.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.
