About Our Challenge
In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.

Tight. is a copypasta that originated in the bodybuilding community after a Bodybuilding.com user sent other users friend requests while commenting that in their pictures, they looked "Thick. Solid. Tight." He did this with such frequency that it grew into a copypasta in the community and spread into other subcultures.
