This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting headspace Upper Coomera
headspace Upper Coomera, located on Yugambeh land, is a free mental health service that supports young people aged 12 - 25. At our centre, young people can access free and confidential mental health support, non-judgemental support around drugs or alcohol, LGBTQI and Carer Peer Support and get practical support with work and study. Donations made to headspace Upper Coomera will support our fast growing Dungeons and Dragons social group, which helps young people learn new skills, embrace their curiosity and creativity, connect with other like-minded young people, feel supported and have fun! Our Dungeons and Dragons group is an inclusive space where young people from all different backgrounds are welcome. Visit https://headspace.org.au/
