We are the VRS Warehouse WA team- a hardworking crew built on strength, resilience, teamwork, and accountability.
This push-up challenge is more than just a fitness test for us. It is about pushing ourselves, supporting each other, and raising awareness for mental health and wellbeing. In the warehouse, we know the value of working together, lifting each other up, and staying strong through pressure- and this challenge represents exactly that.
Every push-up we complete is a reminder that no one has to face their struggles alone. As a team, we are commited to showing up, putting in the work, and supporting a cause that matters.
