About Our Challenge
This June, the four of us are taking on The Push-Up Challenge from 3–26 June to raise funds and vital awareness for mental health.
We’re doing this for a cause that hits right at home. We recently lost a legendary mate—a true-blue Aussie battler who left a massive hole in our lives after his own fight with mental health. Every single push-up we do is for him.

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.

That’s why we are available 24 hours a day to listen without judgement to anyone in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or experiencing a crisis. Each year, Lifeline receives over 1.3 million contacts to our crisis support services.
