Hello, My name is Alyssa Henley, joined with my lovely boyfriend Adam Johns.
Both Myself and Adam have dealt with the struggles of mental health and the impact it has over someone. Now we are coming together, after we saved eachother, to save others that may feel unsavable.
Mental health is a topic that isn't taken seriously, especially with young men. Including Adam into this challenges the stereotype that men can't face mental health struggles; overall helping young men that may feel a pressure to be unable to speak out.
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
