About Our Challenge
This June, the Thiess Group is getting behind The Push-Up Challenge!
We’re raising awareness for mental health and shining a light on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023. Last year, our Thiess team smashed it raising an incredible $5,271 and completing a massive 80,099 push-ups in just 24 days. A huge team effort we're proud of!
Whether you want to create a team, join one, or support someone taking part there's a way for everyone to get involved. Let’s come together again and push for better mental health.
Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
