My family and I, which include the big fella on the pads Dave, Aoife, Hamish, Sean and I are doing the Push-up Challenge this year to raise money for mental health. This involves doing 3307 push-ups over 24 days, to symbolise the 3307 Australian lives lost to suicide in 2024. This is a very important cause to us, because as a family we have suffered from heavy losses that have impacted our mental health and well-being. The challenge emphasises the healing affect regular exercise can have - healing which my family has received training at Wally Bates for the past couple of years.
