It's time to dust off the gym gear, stretch those shoulders, and get our pump on for a worthy cause!
This month, I'm taking on 3,307 push-ups in 24 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness and funds for mental health while supporting Lifeline Queensland.
But I don't want to do it alone.
I'm throwing the challenge out to the entire TNL family. Whether you're a gym junkie, a weekend warrior, or someone whose last push-up was during the Sydney Olympics, there's a place for everyone.
Let's get some friendly rivalry happening between our properties, departments, and teams. Bragging rights are absolutely on the table. Extra points if you can still lift your coffee cup after day one.
Mental health affects every workplace, every family, and every community. By getting involved, we're not only raising funds for an incredible organisation, we're helping start important conversations and supporting those who may be doing it tough.
