Hey Everyone,

I am so grateful to each and every one of you who have chosen to join such an amazing cause and want to challenge yourself to some physical activity over the course of June.

Most of you know me by now, but for those who don't, my name is Noah and I value my physical and mental health a lot. Physical activity has helped me to grow, heal and just escape from everything else in my life. By starting this group and actually trying to recruit people, I hope that WE can make an impact on people's lives that may be having a hard time coping with life in general. People such as yourselves, or someone you may know. 

The course will run from the 3rd to the 26th of June to raise awareness for mental health (with rest days), and the target for each day will be around 100 at the start, steadily increasing as the days fly by. Don't be ashamed to choose to do half, some people are so drained (I can't even do one on some days when I'm just super burnt out), but also don't be afraid to do more because I know I'll most likely be doing double or triple but we will see how it goes. Just remember to stretch and to not hurt yourself. 

I just want to say if I haven't told you individually; I'd rather you had joined and at least given it a go than not joined at all.

I appreciate every single one of you for taking the challenge and I look forward to seeing all of our progress through out June.
