Vi må gøre noget - og jeg har en plan!
Denne juni fra den 3. til den 26., skal du være med i The Push Up Challenge. Det har vist rødder i Australien, men det skal su ikke lade dig forvirre af. Bare meld dig på, så går vi helt amok i armbøjninger i 3 uger, så vi er jacked til Skt. Hans.
Vi skriver sammen i chatten og holder motivationen oppe i alle de tre uger. Mængden af armbøjninger man skal tage varierer. Nogle gange relativt få, andre gange 100+ om dagen. Men man kan vælge mellem den fulde version og så en 1/2 challenge.
Et godt tip er, at starte rigtig tidligt hver dag, så man kan nå dem alle sammen. Udskyder man 90 til om aftenen og skal så lave 120 dagen efter, så bliver man muligvis lidt presset.
