Hey friends, family, workmates, school crew, and sports buddies,
This June (3–26), we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge — completing 3,307 push-ups (one for every life lost to suicide in Australia last year) to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
I'm building the team Stronger Together because it's way more fun and motivating with a crew. All levels welcome — full push-ups, knee push-ups, or wall push-ups. The app tracks your progress and shares daily mental health tips.
