About Our Challenge

The St Joseph’s Catholic High School community is stepping up once again to take part in Australia’s largest Mental Health and Fitness Event!

Just like last year, our goal is to raise awareness and speak up about mental health and suicide in Australia. In 2025, we will complete 3,214 push-ups—one for each life lost to suicide in 2023.

This challenge not only promotes fitness but also educates participants about mental health and its impact on individuals and communities.

Last year, our community completed an incredible 273,038 push-ups and raised over $3,000 for the Push for Better Foundation. This year, we are setting even bigger goals and encourage everyone to get involved!
