This June, our PC classes are jumping into The Push-Up Challenge — knocking out push-ups from 3–26 June to raise awareness and support for mental health.
This isn’t just about fitness — it’s about looking after each other, starting conversations, and being part of something bigger as a House community.
💪 You can get involved by:
- Joining the Mitchell House team and challenging yourself
- Supporting your mates and having a go in PC time
- Donating (every dollar helps make a real difference)
Whether you smash out heaps of reps or just have a crack, everyone can be part of it.

Supporting headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
