About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia.
Supporting headspace Taree
At headspace Taree, we support young people aged 12 - 25 years in our Local Government Area. Young people can access mental health support, work and study services and a GP at our site. Donations made to headspace Taree for the challenge will help us reach even more young people in our area and let them know we are here and can help them make changes to get back into life.
