This is very close to my heart and ill push the limits and exceed the desired goal to achieve a sense of satisfaction personally and knowing that all donations are going to help those in tough times.
I am proud to be participating in the push-up challenge again this year to support Lifeline's critical work in suicide prevention. I find it incredibly fulfilling to push myself for the benefit of others. Having personally experienced the depths of despair and having considered suicide, I have a deep understanding of the importance of organisations like Lifeline. Their work is truly invaluable, and the lives they save are a testament to their unwavering commitment.
I'll be doing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. This target represents the 3,307 people who died by suicide in Australia in 2024 (the most recent stats).
