About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Mental health is a battle that so many people fight in silence, yet there is still a heartbreaking lack of resources, support, and awareness for those who need it most. As us who has personally struggled, we know how important it is to feel seen, heard, and supported during difficult times. That is why we are raising money for mental health — to help create more awareness, improve access to support, and remind people that they are never alone in what they are going through. We want to use our experiences not as something that broke us, but as a reason to help others heal, speak up, and find hope even in their darkest moments.
