About Our Challenge
These four absolute legends have united on this sun-drenched cafe patio to tackle the Lifeline Push-Up Challenge, showing incredible community spirit. While they are here to promote mental health awareness and raise vital funds, Ross is on a personal mission for total physical transformation.
Rumor has it he’s been knocking out set after set between coffee orders, and the results are already dramatic. By the end of this challenge, Ross is projected to be so unbelievably ripped that the Newcastle Knights won't just see him as a fan; they'll see their next star second-rower.
The club is reportedly preparing a contract and a fresh pair of custom boots for him to lace up immediately. Given the determination in this photo, it won't be long before Ross is taking hit-ups at McDonald Jones Stadium, powered by charity push-ups and casual cafe vibes. Go Knights!
Supporting Lifeline Canberra ACT
Lifeline Canberra is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Canberra and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on our local community.
Funds raised through this challenge enable Lifeline Canberra to continue providing critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker calls, and ensure any person in Canberra and across Australia who needs support know where and how to find it.
