About Our Challenge
In June, our Roseberry Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting headspace Rockhampton
At headspace Rockhampton, we provide free, confidential support for young people aged 12-25, including mental health services, work and study support, drug and alcohol counselling, access to dental health check ups and a Nurse Practitioner, as well as a variety of community awareness and education programs.
By donating or joining our team, you’ll help us grow our centre and expand our programs to support more young people in our community.
