About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge in the name of Ryan Pedley. To honour our legendary brother who lifted everyone's spirit, and who we so sadly just lost to suicide.
He has inspired us to be our best selves. To live our best lives. So here we are, smashing it out in Ryan's name to raise funds and awareness for suicide and mental health. To get our life energy flowing with movement and to connect with each other, just like Ryan showed us how.
The goal is 3,307 push-ups each over 24 days. 3,307 represents the number of people lost to suicide in Australia in 2024.
All are welcome to join Team Push-ups for Pedley.
If push-ups really aren't your thing, squats and sit-ups count too.
Do your best for what you love, and that is enough.
