Keeping each other afloat
This June we’re taking on the Push-up Challenge – 3,307 push-ups EACH over 24 days.
3,307 push-ups are a lot, and that number is staggering when you realise it represents the number of lives lost to suicide in 2024 (the most recent year of available data). As a team who work away from home and loved ones, in an isolated workplace, maintaining our own, and each other’s mental health is crucial.
Most, if not all, of us have been impacted by suicide directly or indirectly, so during the Push-up Challenge we hope to start conversations, connect as a team, raise funds for mental health programs in Australia, and also have some fun supporting one another through the challenge.
