About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking taking on a push-up challenge to raise awareness for mental health—because mental health affects us all. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, or more serious conditions, mental health challenges don’t discriminate. They can impact anyone, at any stage of life.
Many people struggle in silence due to stigma, lack of support, or simply not knowing where to turn. That’s why it’s so important to raise awareness, start conversations, and let people know they’re not alone.
Every push-up we do represents someone affected by mental health concerns. We're hoping to help shine a light on mental health and supporting the need for early intervention, understanding, and compassion. Together, we can break the stigma—one push-up at a time.

Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
