About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
We are pushing in memory of the life of Peter 'Pumpkin' Fitzgerald - loved and missed by so many and forever in our hearts.
All funds will be going to Headspace Kiama for much needed staffing and resources for this small south coast town providing a range of services, including for mental health, for adolescents to young adults.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia.
Supporting headspace Kiama
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.

I’ve only known you for a few years but during this time we have discussed some of the challenges you have had and it’s brought me to tears on more than one occasion. Andrew and yourself are amazing supporters and advocates for your boys, and I know how deeply and how much your Dad meant to you. Having had some challenges with one of my children in particular but also witnessing the mental health struggles of others, most of which also stems from their own childhoods, I know how important Headspace is in the lives of young people and appreciate that donations will be made to Headspace Kiama.
