About Our Challenge
This June, Team Ali and Esther are taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups (maybe interspersed with the occasional sit-up or squat so that we don't break ourselves and our spindly arms!).
I have to confess that I'm currently pretty pathetic at push-ups, but I can guarantee I'll be stronger by the end of this challenge! Every push-up is a reminder of why we're doing this and of the hope that, together, we can make a difference.
We know firsthand what it is to lose a loved one to suicide. This challenge is dedicated to the memory of Damien Hill - the kindest soul who loved family, bikes and music. We miss him every day, and we push in the hope that others receive the support they need.
Yep, everyone's feeling the financial pinch right now. Thank you for whatever you can manage!
Just as importantly, check in on your loved ones and friends, even if you don't know what to say or how to say it. Sometimes just reaching out and letting someone know you're there can mean more than you realise. xx
